Why make procedure manual?

Each company operates in a unique way. So, it is important to define its operation. Taking into account different parts, people, sense of belonging is generated and therefore teamwork is built.

Below I list only 4 advantages that makes it worth the time devoted to make the manual of procedures as subsequent revisions:

  1. It is the roadmap where it is indicated the head of each area and how each department runs.
  2. The person in charge of training a new person can use it as a script to not leave any important aspect in explanations.
  3. Staff can use it as reference.
  4. Improved processes as you consider different aspects of the departments within a company.

Anyway, all these advantages lead us to improve our CO attitude 🙂
