One of the things I consider important in our daily work is to make and Keep updated different lists of tasks, clients, even any different consumables, to make easier both own work as anyone in case had to do it.
- Tasks: Daily and personalized to each person we give our support in order to know them well and be able to anticipate.
- Dates: General information of the company, from each person for travel bookings, it’s essential to know their preferences, allergies, intolerances.
- Consumables: Make lists for each category, indicating type, reference, date, quantity. In this way will be easier and fast to make the following purchases and not forget any essential.
- Networking: Not only usual phone numbers, also very important, of course, names of secretaries.
- Visits: They aren’t all the same, to know in advanced the day they are coming to give an appropriate welcome. It’s very pleasant they tell you when they say goodbye: “Thank you for your attention”.
